The Problem
Foundation models are powerful but compute-hungry, cloud-dependent, and closed. As AI becomes infrastructure, we need architectures that are efficient by design and tools that run locally.
Our Approach
We combine neural architecture research with practical open-source tooling. Our architecture work explores unified models that outperform transformers at a fraction of the compute. Our tooling makes AI development workflows faster and local-first.
